Position Overview
Reporting
directly into Asia Pacific leadership, this role is responsible for the
strategic management and day-to-day operations. Providing strong leadership,
giving clear direction and guidance to the local management team while breeding
the right environment and autonomy to operate successfully – including the
development and implementation of a strategic plan to advance the Company’s
vision, mission, strategies and objectives and to promote revenue,
profitability and growth in the organization. The key focus of this role will
be placed on brand building and accelerating retail excellence through the
incorporation of shoppers’ insights, omni-channel strategy and field team
engagement.
The
Country Manager should be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in
achieving corporate targets in areas of growth, profitability and development.
He/she acts as the key face of the business; develops new customers and
channels to market and manages existing customer and channel partner
relationships; works in alignment with Group directions to develop strategic
partnerships and ensure that overall revenue and profit goals are achieved, and
shareholder value is delivered.
Key Responsibilities

Accountable
for the country’s profit and loss, global consistency, market penetration,
business improvement and operations excellence

Develop
the business strategy for the country to meet sales, direct marketing
contributions, value market share and profitability goals

Forming
and executing the right strategic and tactical business plans to drive the
e-Commerce business
·
Identify
areas for business expansion in the channel in line with the overall Group
strategy

·
Work
closely with the Group Leadership team in executing the company’s strategic
directions in the country.
·
Lead
and work closely with local management team on key decisions for policy and
strategy as guided by the head office.
·
Plan,
organise, direct and evaluate the entity’s fiscal function and performance to
achieve both short and long-term revenue, profit and other corporate goals
established.

Establish
departmental responsibilities, and coordinate functions among teams and
workgroups.
·
Participate
in the development of the entity’s plans and programs as a strategic leader.
·
Evaluate
and advise on the impact of long-term planning, introduction of new
programs/strategies and impact with local regulatory action.
·
Develops
and manages principals and channels effectively to achieve organisational
goals.
·
Enhance,
implement and enforce policies and procedures that will improve the overall
operation and effectiveness of the entity.

credibility throughout the entity and management as an effective leader and
problem-solver to business challenges.
This Is What You Are Made Of
·
A
Bachelor's Degrees in Business or a closely related field with equivalent
combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow
successful performance of job expectations.
·
At
least 15 years of increasingly responsible work experience in a combination of
Sales, Finance, Marketing, or Supply Chain disciplines (i.e., experience across
several of the functions that this role oversees).
·
Excellent
in planning with a marketing background, P&L management, handling
commercial aspects.
·
A
strong track record of sales management (achieving sales targets, budget
development & tracking and demand forecasting) with excellent understanding
of the Retail and/or Consumer Goods industry.
·
A
strong level of business and commercial acumen, particularly in omnichannel
retail and distribution, and a deep understanding of the business’ local market
and consumer behaviour.
·
Proven
experience in managing e-Commerce channel and operations with extensive
knowledge of e-Commerce technology and analytics.
·
An
outstanding communicator who can interact with internally and externally with
brand owners, management and colleagues.
·

Position Summary
Job
Description and Qualifications
Purpose
Manage the procurement activities to
support the capital (equipment, materials and the related services) investment
of Air Products’ gasification projects in Indonesia and south east Asia.
Supports the business development and deployment of sourcing strategies and
supply agreements for Capital Equipment and materials purchases.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or
related, 15 years of work experience including 10 years in procurement
function. The candidate will have strong communication skills with a
demonstrated record of managing complex projects and of achieving results.
Nature and Scope
The position will be a sourcing/procurement professional that is
responsible for capital projects executing, leading and negotiating the complex
equipment and material bidding activities. The incumbent is required to support
sourcing strategies for new opportunities and to execute them when a project is
won and kicked off. The incumbent will work closely with cross function teams,
cross culture. The Project Procurement Manager is responsible for buying below
budget for active capital projects and for meeting or improving schedule whilst
maintaining quality requirements.
The position will also own the critical relationship management for key
suppliers. The incumbent will interface with the supplier’s senior management
to represent Air Products’ interests. The incumbent is responsible for
implementing new approaches and execution strategies to improve our total cost
